Erica is a collaborative researcher fascinated with human behavior. She has spent her career in the tech industry and the past 5+ years in fast-paced software development departments.

In 2021, Erica began her graduate studies at Bentley University in the Human Factors of Information Design department. So far, she has gotten the pleasure of working with innovative companies, learning from world-class instructors, and collaborating with talented peers. She plans to graduate in the spring of 2025.

When Erica is not working or studying, she is either outside riding her bike or skiing, or inside working on her most recent knitting project. During the fall, you’ll find her out at a cyclocross race somewhere in New England.
